While we did leave the basic floor plan unaltered, we did make adjustments and finish selections which add to a luxe feeling, while still maintaining a moderate budget. Floor tiles are 24" x 24" porcelain and wall tiles are 12" x 24" installed horizontally. The extra deep tub features a shower screen which adds a sense of spaciousness. The wall mounted vanity continues the open feeling and warms up the space with the use of American Walnut.
