PACIFIC HEIGHTS Pied-Ã -Terre

After returning from a long overdue trip to Paris, I was full of images, many from the remarkable Lutecia Hotel that I had been a guest of. The guiding vision for this project came from a distillation of my memories to capture the essence of this sublime experience. Working with a great staff and a fully engaged client, the end result is a space where each and every item work perfectly together, each view is well composed and, in the end, our client simply doesn't believe there could be any place more suited to her.

Of special note: our first sleeping room, the seamless use of ultra-compact flangeless recessed lighting, the extensive yet subtle use of bronze detailing, the fine-tuning of original architectural detailing, and of course, the careful selection and placement of each piece throughout.
